All services are provided subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including DOT guidelines and HIPAA privacy requirements where applicable. You agree to provide accurate, complete information when scheduling appointments or completing intake forms, and to pay all fees associated with the services you request in accordance with our published pricing or agreed-upon quotes. Results from our AABB-accredited laboratory are provided for informational purposes and, where applicable, may be used in legal, immigration, or other proceedings; however, DJENX Solutions Group does not guarantee specific outcomes in any legal matter. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in fraudulent activity, provides false information, or behaves in a manner that is unlawful, abusive, or disruptive to our staff or operations.
